Withdrawals
FL SAFE withdrawals (redemptions) can be initiated on the FL SAFE website after logging into the account access area. FL SAFE maintains predetermined wire instructions for each client. For protection of the Participants, funds may be wired only to the bank accounts designated by these predetermined instructions. ACH transactions are executed on a best efforts basis. Typically, ACH transactions will be remitted one day after the request. The FL SAFE website will guide Participants through this process.
To send a wire to an entity not listed in the predetermined instructions, a Participant must communicate the new wire instructions via our operations desk at 855-202-9650. Our operations staff will require confirmation of these instructions with an authorized representative of the Participant.
The FL SAFE website incorporates the ability to select the predetermined wire instructions. Same day wires (next day for ACH) must be requested by 1:00 p.m. EST.
Deposits
FL SAFE deposits (purchases) can be initiated on the FL SAFE website after logging into the account access area. However, any wires received with notice on the FL SAFE website by 1:00 p.m. EST will be credited to the participant account on the day received. Please provide your local depository with the attached wiring or ACH instructions every time you are sending a deposit to FL SAFE. Checks will be credited to Participant accounts upon clearing.
The deposit instruction document is available to Participants upon request. Please contact FL SAFE at 1-855-202-9650 to obtain authorization to access this document.
Cutoff Times
WITHDRAWALS (REDEMPTIONS)
Wires: Wire requests for same day delivery must be received by FL SAFE no later than 1:00 p.m. EST.
ACH: ACH requests for next day delivery must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST.
DEPOSITS (PURCHASES)
Participants will receive full day credit on the day received regardless of the time of receipt if purchase notification is provided prior to 1:00 p.m. EST.
INTERNAL TRANSFERS
Transfers between Participant accounts will be credited for same day processing if received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST.
